Coulter - Answered a Question by smith (28 Apr 08 18:31)

I have sailed on the Marco Polo many times but then she sailed with Orient Lines and has now transferred to Transocean. I sailed with them May 2007 and found bar prices reasonable. I don't drink Beer, only wine but found prices OK. Under Orient Lines MARCO POLO had free tea coffee etc 24 hours a day, but Transocean only supply about 3 cups a day that is free the rest you had to pay for. Ran up quite a bill for this. I fear this ship may loose some of its appeal with Transocean, although she will be scrupulously clean all the little things that I loved about this ship will not be added extras. Hope this helps a little.
