BLYTH - Answered a Question by Collett (04 Aug 08 15:41)

Well if you follow this website and you will see the standard bar prices throughout the ship and also the Martini bar. Apologies you can read most of it but it has been scanned in. When ordering shorts be specific as to what you want ask for gin/tonic and the will give you sapphire gin whilst gordon's gin is cheaper. We drink Captain Morgan's/lemonade or sprite - Gin/tonic and that always came to $12.94 or £6.50 for two drinks so not bad, that was Feb 2008 prices, I also reckon the measures are greater than back home ie not 25ml http://www.celebrity-century.com/drinks.htm.

I can't read the bar list as the print's too small. If I try to enlarge it the words go blurry. Is there anyway you can enlarge it?

If you have a printer you could print it off - that usually enlarges it a bit. Also prices are in the current Cruise.co brochure.

The alternative is to wait until you are onboard and surprise yourself unless this, of course is so essential to the cruising enjoyment. .... Neil.

Matt - Answered a Question by Collett (05 Aug 08 23:14)

Why do we get so many questions on the price of drinks? If you were on a land holiday or just having a meal out, would you telephone first to ask the price of drinks! Don't think so .

I think it's because first time cruisers feel they're a captive audience and at the mercy of the cruise company. They probably only want to know what to expect and what to budget for.
