No,Duty Free Liquor purchased on board is not available until the end of the cruise. You could purchase at first port of call or take some with you, well wrapped in your suitcase.
Duty free bought on board will be delivered to you the night before you disembark but you can take drinks on board to drink in your cabi.
It will be kept and delievered to your room on the last nigh.
Only Royal Caribbean confiscate your drink - Cunard and
P&O let you keep it and drink it, if you like, in your cabin. Hope this helps.

You are not allowed to use on board and it is given to you before disembarkation. We did this cruise to New York in July and it is a terrific ship.
Not been on QM2 but all cruise lines keep it until the final day of your cruise.
We have just returned from a wonderful cruise aboard the QM2. If buying duty free drinks on board, they are kept and given to you on disembarkation, however if you buy drink from any of the ports visited you are allowed to take it back on board and consume it in your state room.

You order it on a form from the stewardess or it is part of the notes to help you in the folder already in your cabin. It is delivered to your cabin for your consumption during the cruise - anything remaining can be taken with you when you disembar.
