Find Your Cruise
It is best to speak to your specific insurer as each company can be different.
Seasickness tablets are usually available F O C from the pursers desk. If you need a seasickness injection from the ship's medic then retain the receipt, and in theory you should be able to claim from your travel insurers. One rider, though; your policy will probably be subject to an excess and (unless you are very unlucky and need a no. of injections), the cost is likely to be less than the applicable xs and therefore not recoverable.Cynthia Setter.
My daughter had to have an injection on our last cruise and the total cost was £75. We claimed on our travel insurance policy and received the balance of £25 (after deduction of the £50 excess) without a quibble and very quickly.
