Neil Down - Answered a Question by Beynon (08 Sep 07 13:35)

I can't be precise because I don't know your actual ports of call. Most ports however can easily be done on your own as we do most of the time. You must be aware, however, that if you are going some distance from the port, like Paris or Berlin, the best way is to go with the official excursions to ensure that should there be hold-ups the ship will wait. If you are on your own and miss the deadline it will be up to you to catch up with the ship. Try to do some homework on the ports before you go. Neil Down.
