No, we are doing the Navigator cruise on the 5th June, and have had to pay for parking at the port, although it does seem expensive its near the ship and worth every penny. Some cruises though if you book early offer free parking in the deal.

Some cruise lines will offer Free Car Parking, for example P+O, Royal Carribbean and NCL are offering car Parking for 2008 sailings. Although Car Parking at the port is well worth the extra money.
