Hello Trisha....Things are getting better and more cruise ships are restricting the places where smoking is allowed. Most bars allow smoking on one side only which isn't really satisfactory for non smokers because it still drifts across but I am sure the day is not far distant when American and European restrictions will apply and smoking in communal areas will be outlawed. There are some very considerate smokers out there but for every one of them there are too many who regard it as a right....I agree with you totally but you can be sure that we will have a deluge from the minority.....Regards....Heathe.
